This place is "the bomb", and Noel was extremely helpful and accomodating at all times. Made for a perfect weekend with the family, and a great event to celebrate my daughter's graduation. I could not be more pleased. Thanks again, Noel. We will be back...

Both the home and the location are a dream come true! We haver never stayed at a rental home that was so well equiped and so lovingly decorated. We felt like royalty for a week :-) Besides all that, hosts Linda and Noel are helpfull and kind and surprised us with a very tasty surprise. We layed on the beach, biked, sailed the bay, chatted on the many decks and enjoyed having dinner at the enormous dining table with 12 people or more. If you come with a large group, where everyone also likes to enjoy a little private space, then this is absolutely the home to rent. So many places to lounge and so much to enjoy. The sunset (and sunrise) over the bay is breathtaking. We can't say enough about this home. One week in "heaven", that's how we can best describe it. (Please excuse any spelling errors since I'm not a native English speaker).

We stayed at this awesome home for a week, and enjoyed every minute! The owners went out of their way to make our group of nine very comfortable, and also helped us with some San Diego sights and restaurants. Their home is beautifully appointed and well cared for. They had 6 beach cruiser bikes available for use, and we enjoyed using them on the walkway/bike path around the Bay. The home's proximity to the beach and Bay is excellent...lots of fun for the 3 little ones in our group, and the views are spectacular! The higher humidity and dampness took some getting used to, but probably because we reside in Arizona, where it is exceptionally dry. This is a great home for a large group...in addition to the master bedroom, and two other bedrooms, the lower level has a small living room, and the kids enjoyed playing games there, while we on the upper level were preparing meals, watching TV, or using our laptops, etc. The home apparently sleeps up to 15, but we found our group of nine to be probably the max, otherwise we would have needed to use the futons, which didn't seem to be all that comfortable for (adult) nighttime sleeping. The breeze through the house is fabulous...it was so nice to be able to leave the windows and sliding doors open to enjoy it! You will love staying at this home, and will appreciate the owners attention to detail, both when making your arrangements and throughout your stay! A GREAT time was had by all!

we had a great time from 08-16 to 08-23 for 2 birthdays (our mother 72 and our niece 7 from London). it was a perfect family reunion with siblings from all over the states. The rooms and 3 balconies provide stunning views of the bay and sunsets. the bicycles take you to the surrounding areas with ease. Thank you Noel and Linda for sharing your beautiful home. A++++

The house filled all of our expectations and more. It was very clean and in great shape. The owners were easy to work with and very efficient in all of their arrangements for us. We would highly recommend this home for a great time in San Diego. The views are beautiful and location is fantastic.

Great place to stay. We were there the first weekend in May. Noel and Linda made us feel very welcome. The house is beautiful. The kitchen and dining room have everything you need to cook a great meal to sit at the fabulous dining-room table overlooking Mission Bay. We didn't want to leave!

The house was fabulous! Everything was there that we need but a few things.
1) locks for the bikes so that we could go and stay at places
2) the propane tank was empty and we had to go fill it. I guess you dropped one off but we didn't know it and so we spend $23 to fill the one we had and didn't get reimbursed.
The sleeping arrangements were great. Plenty of towels and games/toys.
We'd love to still be there! Great location, close to everything. A week goes too fast!!!

This was our 2nd year at this beautiful home. We felt like we were coming back home when we walked back in the front door again. Noel and Linda go out of their way to be gracious hosts! The home is completely stocked with all the amenities anyone could want. We rode bikes, played volleyball, and sat on beach chairs on the beach each day...all included in out stay. We're hoping to be blessed to be able to come back again next year!

Amazing property in the most idyllic location. This was the last 7 days of a 20 day California trip to Disney, LA, Vegas and Palm Springs and 100% the BEST PART of the entire trip. Ideal for our large family group and parking for 2 cars. The house has everything you could require from bikes to surfboards, light and airy and enough space to allow everyone to have a wonderful time without being crowded. The beach, the sunset, the BBQ's on the balcony, our kids aged 4, 8 and 11 had a ball!...what more can we say. Rent a jetski up the road, visit seaworld down the road, the Zoo is 30 mins away. Loved, loved, loved the location of the house and the little extras of salt and pepper, spices, etc as we cooked alot with little ones. Extra kid toys and puzzles also nice.
We had trouble with the coffee pot. It would not drain into the pot and overflowed 3-4 times.

We LOVED the Table - desiging the dining room to overlook the bay is super.
Bedrooms all worked well -MasterBR was delux-dbls all good- kids better for bunkbed room.
The Beach was beautiful and clean - everything seemed secure.

Thank you for allowing our family of 15 to stay at your beautiful beach house for Thanksgiving week. What a treat to stay in the comforts of your home during the holidays. This was our 3rd time staying at your home, and it was as perfect as I remembered. The home is comfortable, homey, warm, and truly perfect. We did not want to leave!
Your communication during the scheduling and days leading up sets you apart from others. Rather than dealing with a big property manager, it feels great to deal with the owner one-on-one.

Beautiful home! What a perfect house for our daughters college graduation. Fun times were had. Great gathering spot for families and friends. Close to all San Diego has to offer.

The location was wonderful and very central to many attractions in the area. The bayfront decks and patio provided a nice place to relax and visit with family and friends. The layout of the house is very multi-family friendly and provided large areas to congregate as well as areas to get away for some privacy. Our group used the bikes to sightsee around the bay, which was fun. The only 'con' from the group was the need for one more key, we had 3 families, so a 3rd key would have been really handy. We all had a terrific time and hope to make this an annual destination!

Our family (husband/wife, two grandmothers, three daughters and our son) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your Mission Bay home. We headed down to San Diego for our daughter's graduation from SDSU. The house was perfect for us! Parking was a bit challenging sometimes but everything was just as described or better! And, we loved meeting Noel. We'll be back! Thanks!

This is by far the most comfortable, family friendly unit we have rented. It is beautifully furnished but not so that you feel you can't have children eat at the table or spill onto leather chairs. The owner was very friendly and showed us around the house and its amenities. I would definitely call them again when we plan to vacation here.
